Shipping Policy

All orders are processed for shipping within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped and will include a tracking number.

Free shipping applies to USPS Ground Advantage only.

Domestic shipping generally takes approximately 5-8 business days. Please be aware of holidays, severe weather conditions, or variables outside of our control that could delay delivery.

KAE Active, LLC is not responsible for any address (Domestic or International) entered incorrectly by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender due to an address error we will issue a refund minus the original cost of shipping.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to Canada only. Our goal is to eventually ship to more countries in the future.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KAE Active, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

KAE Active, LLC will not be held responsible for any additional custom, import fees or tax charges that may be charged.

KAE Active, LLC will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages nor for any delayed shipping once your item has been shipped.

Orders to Canada are expected to be delivered in approximately 8-15 business days.
