Please contact us at team@kaeactive.com if you would like to make a return and include your order number to expedite the return process.
Unopened and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Product must be in its original condition.
Once the package arrives, we will process a refund minus the original cost of shipping and handling fees applicable to your order. Postage not provided.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be made ONLY to the card used for the original purchase.
To receive a refund, you may return the package in its original condition.
Once the package arrives, we will process a refund minus the original cost of shipping and handling fee.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
If it has been more than 30 days and you have not received your refund, please contact us at team@kaeactive.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
